Vadie

Vadie is a Jamaican reggae and dancehall recording artist, singer, songwriter and guitarist. Born Vaughn St. Christopher White and raised in Kingston, Jamaica, his music draws on personal experience, faith and everyday life, blending melodic vocals with reggae storytelling and dancehall energy.

His musical influences include Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, Garnett Silk and Jimi Hendrix. Inspired by their individuality and musical expression, Vadie continues to develop his own voice through songwriting and guitar playing.

On 7 May 2020, Vadie released Artistic Soul EP, featuring songs including “Elder Story,” “Never Lose My Meds” and “New Day.” His work with his label, 4D’S & N NUMEDZ Music Production LLC, also includes the singles “Nuh Come Around” and “Ain’t Nothing Change.”

His 14-track album Relentless, released on 18 August 2026 through 4D’S & N NUMEDZ Music Production LLC, explores perseverance, loyalty, blessings and life in Kingston. It includes “No Loyalty” featuring Craigy T, alongside “Kingston,” “Jah Blessings,” “Unbreakable,” “Vibrate,” “Pose,” “Lovely Mood,” “From Mi Born” and “Marijuana Tree.”

Vadie also recorded “Jah Is By My Side” on the Kiss of Judas riddim, produced by Kemar McGregor. Released in 2026, the multi-artist project includes Rick Ross, Etana, Beenie Man, Elephant Man, I-Octane and other reggae, dancehall and international acts.

Through his EP, singles and Relentless album, Vadie continues to build a catalogue rooted in Jamaican music, with songs of resilience, reflection and celebration.
